Welcome to Bronto’s Doodles.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

Bronto’s Doodles is a small creative business based in the UK, offering handmade items and print-on-demand (POD) products, including greeting cards, wedding stationery, and personalised items.
All products are designed by Bronto’s Doodles and produced either in-house or through trusted printing partners.

2. Ordering & Personalisation

When you place an order, you confirm that all personalisation details (names, dates, messages, spellings, etc.) are accurate.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

For personalised and custom-made items, production begins shortly after purchase, so changes may not be possible once your order is in progress.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Payment must be received in full at checkout.

4. Production & Delivery

Handmade items

Created and shipped directly by Bronto’s Doodles.

Print-on-demand (POD) items

Produced by external printing partners. Processing and delivery times may vary.

Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for postal delays once an item has been dispatched.

You must provide a correct and complete delivery address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect customer-provided address cannot be refunded or replaced.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

In summary:

• Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• POD items cannot be returned for a change of mind.
• If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
• Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of ordering. After this, production may already be underway.

6. Accuracy of Listings & Colours

We aim to show colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to:

• screen settings,
• printing variations,
• paper texture,
• handmade methods.

POD items may differ slightly depending on the specific printing partner and equipment used.

These small variations are not considered faults.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, artwork, and branding belong exclusively to Bronto’s Doodles.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any of our artwork without written permission.

Your purchase grants you the right to use the product for personal use only.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or products for:

• unlawful purposes,
• harassment or harmful content,
• copyright infringement,
• commercial resale without permission,
• uploading harmful code or attempting to interfere with site functionality.

Violations may result in order cancellation or refusal of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bronto’s Doodles is not liable for:

• delays caused by postal services, couriers, or fulfilment partners,
• customer errors (incorrect personalisation, addresses, unread messages),
• minor colour/print variations typical of POD or handmade processes,
• damages caused after delivery.

Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will apply immediately upon posting on our website.
