Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bronto’s Doodles.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Processing Times
Because we offer both handmade and print-on-demand (POD) items, processing times vary:
Handmade Items
- Usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.
- During busy seasons (Christmas / Valentine’s / Halloween), processing may extend slightly.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Items
- Produced and shipped by our trusted printing partners.
- Typical processing time: 2–7 business days.
If an order contains both handmade and POD items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
UK Deliveries
- Standard Royal Mail: 2–5 business days
- Tracked options may be available at checkout.
International Deliveries
Delivery times vary by country, but typical estimates are:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA/Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Please note: Customs checks or local postal delays may extend delivery times beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- your location,
- product type (handmade or POD),
- and chosen delivery method.
Handmade and POD items may ship separately and therefore may generate separate shipping costs.
4. Order Tracking
- Some orders (especially POD) come with automatic tracking.
- Handmade items sent via Royal Mail Standard do not include tracking unless upgraded at checkout.
- If tracking is available, it will be emailed to you once dispatched.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
Bronto’s Doodles cannot replace or refund orders that are lost due to:
- incorrect addresses,
- incomplete details,
- or missing information provided by the customer.
If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to update it before your item enters production/posting, but this isn’t guaranteed.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International shipments may incur customs or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
We are unable to predict or cover these costs.
7. Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived:
- UK: please allow 7 business days after dispatch
- International: please allow 21 business days after dispatch
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the product type (handmade vs POD).
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
For POD items, we handle this with our printing partner on your behalf — no need to return the item unless requested.
